Forrest Yoga teaches you to connect in feeling, to step out of numbness and cultivate delight in your life.

We have so many ways to numb out: alcohol, social media, food, sometimes even yoga. We are very smart at finding ever more ways to disconnect from our feelings. Our habits probably served us well at one stage, made things a bit easier during painful times. However as we continue to turn to our chosen habits to take the edge of our suffering, we take the edge of our joy and our love also.

This workshop will cover the fundamentals of Forrest Yoga, introducing the Basic Moves as the foundation for a deeply embodied and connected practice.

By choosing to connect, first to ourselves and our embodied experience, we choose to be present in our lives and therefore our relationships.
