This course is a wonderful way to prepare for labour and birth. Each 60-minute class consists of yoga-based exercises, breathing awareness, meditation techniques and a relaxation to keep you fit and healthy during your pregnancy.
The exercises are specifically designed as gentle, strength building stretches to help you release tension and relax throughout your pregnancy. Prenatal exercises can also help position your baby in a way that is optimal for childbirth. You will learn techniques to help you through labour with or without medical pain management in a friendly and supportive environment.
The Yoga for a Healthy Pregnancy is recommended for all pregnant women from 12 weeks of pregnancy, and are suitable for all women regardless of their fitness level. No previous experience of yoga is required.
