This weekend kicks off with a Yin/Yang Flow practice followed by Pranayama.
The following topics & more will be covered this weekend:
- Introduction to the Restorative practice: the difference; Yin & Restorative
- Incorporating Meditation into practice
- Listening to the Inner Voice
- Home practice
- Teaching Practice
- Prop structure for Restorative Yoga
Each weekend will also include daily meditation, chanting & yoga philosophy.
Individual Yin & Restorative weekends are £175.
This weekend will count towards 18hrs CPD with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK).
You will receive your certificate of completion at the end of the weekend.
