Weekend 2: Themed Sequencing & Theory

Course Times:

Each day will start off with an invigorating Vinyasa Flow practice & incorporating elements of Pranayama & Meditation.
This weekend will cover the following topics:

Themed Sequencing & Theory
Vinyasa Transitioning
Creating your own Sequencing
Yin & Yang
Ancient traditions in Modern Yoga

Each training weekend is £235.
Each weekend is 20Hrs CPD with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK).
