The weekend will kick off with a Yin/Yang Flow practice followed by Meditation.

The following topics & more will be covered this weekend:

• Restorative backbends
• Exploratory restorative workshop sessions pt.2
• Restorative/Yin sequencing
• Ethics of practice and teaching
• The power of pranayama for the mind
• Incorporating restorative practice into flow classes/home practice

Each weekend will also include daily meditation, chanting & yoga philosophy.

Individual Yin & Restorative weekends are £175.

This weekend will count towards 18hrs CPD with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK). You will receive your certificate at the end of the weekend.
