Before June 2022 all trainees must have the following pre-requisites:

  • 200 Hour Qualified (any prior Yoga Alliance 200 Hour qualification)
  • Proficient in Ashtanga standing sequence
  • Proficient through Primary Series (at least to memorisation level)
  • Minimum 3 years of established practice
