This weekend kicks off with a Yin/Yang Flow practice followed by Meditation.

The following topics & more will be covered this weekend:

• Theory of Restorative Yoga
• Understanding stress - discovering relaxation
• Restorative asana foundations
• Concepts of Samadhi
• Exploratory restorative workshop sessions

Each weekend will also include daily meditation, chanting & yoga philosophy.

Individual Yin & Restorative weekends are £175.

This weekend will count towards 18hrs CPD with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK). You will receive your certificate at the end of the weekend.

Sign up before 31st December to receive a hard copy manual. Register after this date and you’ll receive access to a digital manual.
