Yoga is widely considered to be one of the safest and most beneficial forms of exercise and self-care for pregnant women. Always check with your midwife if you have any health concerns with regards to new activities during pregnancy and in the postpartum period (aka, the "Fourth Trimester").

Simply use the schedule above, or download our booking app (iOS here, and Android here), set up your account on our MBO system, and reserve your space in any session you wish. 

Pre-booking for all our classes is essential, especially for pregnancy and postpartum yoga. During booking, you will be asked to fill out a waiver form and complete a health form that our teachers can access before your arrival in any of our pregnancy/postpartum classes.

You will be asked to fill out a form that our teachers will see ahead of your arrival. Please indicate any special considerations on this form. We ask that you plan to arrive 15 minutes before the session and anticipate waiting so that the teacher can keep the required distance between participants upon entry.

Our Mysore programme is continuing to thrive both online and in-studio, with Emma, Amy, Karen and Kirsten keeping a watchful eye on each practitioner. The Mysore team is experienced in dealing with pregnancy in the context of daily practice. Best check out the Mysore page for details on how to jump in!
