We offer single sessions and discounted blocks of 10 sessions.  Feel free to request a teacher or we can match you up with one of our experienced faculty based on your needs and goals.

Simply download our booking app (iOS here, and Android here), set up your account on our MBO system, and reserve your space in any session you wish. These sessions are listed in their own tab called Semi-private.

Pre-booking is essential. We cannot accept drop-ins or cash on the day. Thank you for understanding.

Please bring your own mat and plan to arrive 10 minutes before the session so you can be on your mat in time for the class to start.
