Here are some of the friendly faces you'll get to know at Meadowlark Yoga.
Karen is Meadowlark's founding teacher. You can find her teaching integrated anatomy workshops, drop-in classes and sometimes Mysore. She's core faculty on our Foundational & Advanced Trainings.
Level II Authorised KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, and our Mysore Programme Director.
Amy teaches in the late morning Mysore slot and some vinyasa classes on our full timetable. You'll also catch her in some fantastic workshops, but hurry, they always sell out!
Kirsten leads our evening Mysore programme as well as some Yin classes on our full timetable.
Jo Ewen teaches several classes on our drop in timetable as well as monthly workshops and an annual Vinyasa Teacher Training.
Frankie teaches weekly classes, monthly workshops and co-teaches on the Vinyasa Teacher Training with Jo Ewen.
Jenn teaches on our full timetable as well as periodic workshops. You'll also find Jenn assisting in the Morning Mysore room.
Nadine is a member of a Senior Teacher Training Faculty, teaching on the 100, 200 & 300Hr Teacher Trainings as well as her own 100Hr Yin & Restorative trainings. You'll also find Nadine teaching several classes on the drop in timetable a well as monthly workshops.
Nina is a graduate of the Meadowlark Teacher Training and now teaches on the full timetable as well as regular seasonal workshops.
Kat is our resident Pregnancy Yoga teacher and works closely with Jo Ewen offering new Mums classes and workshops to support them through pregnancy & beyond.
Naomi is a graduate of the Meadowlark Teacher Training and is a regular fixture on our weekly timetable.
Angie teaches strong vinyasa & power classes through the week bringing her infectious energy to all who practice!
Not only is Aimee our resident acrobat, she's also a member of our front desk team and the coordinator of our Family Yoga programme.
Penny specialises in Therepeutic & Women's Health Yoga and offers gentle classes and periodic workshops.
Simon is joint owner of Meadowlark Yoga and enjoys teaching Ashtanga classes on the weekly timetable as well as offering the occasional Ayurvedic massage (following intensive training in Mysore, India).
Sarah joined the Meadowlark team in 2019 and has brought an exciting Vinyasa style to her classes. Expect feel-good energy and a good sweat!
Clare is one of our Ashtanga teachers as well as our resident Ayurvedic consultant. She assists in the Mysore room, teaches a weekly Ashtanga drop in and seasonal Ayurvedic workshops and cleanses.
Jodie is currently completing her 300Hr training with Meadowlark. She offers a regular Gentle Vinyasa class and frequently covers other Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes on the timetable.
Devon is a 200Hr qualified teacher with several hundred hours of advanced training. She's a devoted Ashtangi but when not in the Mysore room you can catch her teaching our beginners evening course.
Nadine, Amy, and Karen (in order of appearance here) together bring over 60 years of practical yoga experience to infuse their collaborative trainings with passion, expertise, and humour.
Our Foundations Training will start this June with an Intensive Theory delivered by Zoom and in person if circumstances allow.Train with us
